Barium silica inoculant is a kind ofpropagation that can promote graphitization, reduce the tendency of whitemouth, improve the morphology and distribution of graphite, increase the numberof eutectic clusters, and refine the matrix structure, and it has a good effectin a short time (about 5-8 minutes) after incubation treatment. It is mainlysuitable for general or later transient gestation in various situations. Bariumsilica inoculant is mainly used in the inoculation of ductile iron and graycast iron. The barium siliconinoculant strongly increases the graphitization core, refines the graphite,promotes the A-type graphite in the gray iron castings, improves the strength,and can make the graphite in the ductile iron small, round, and improve the modularizationsgrade.
